How do I care for my jewlery?

I recommend storing your jewlery in a dry place, limiting exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals, and removing pieces when swimming. After wearing, a quick wipe with a soft cloth helps keep your jewlery shining.

Does sterling silver tarnish?

Yea, it’s normal and expected. Sterling silver reacts with air and moisture over time. It’s easy to remove with a silver polishing cloth or gentle cleaner. When storing silver, store it in airtight containters to minimize exposure to air.

Order Time

Ready-to-ship pieces typically ship within 7-10 business days. Made-to-order or custom pieces take longer and will be communicated before purchase.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping is $10 for all domestic orders, via USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days).

International Shipping

I currently only offer US and Canada shipping through the website. I’m happy to ship internationally, please reach out via the contact page to discuss. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties or import fees.

Returns & Repair

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. If there is an issue with your jewlery please reach out via the contact page and I’ll gladly work with you on an exchange or other solution.

Repairs

If there is a craftsmanship issue, please reach out via the contact page and I’ll take care of it. Normal wear and accidental damage may require a repair fee.

Resizing

Some jewlery may or may not be easily resized depending on the design. Please reach out via the contact page to discuss resizing options.
